Abstract:
A pre-bending device (100), used for bending an eartip package piece (90). The pre-bending device (100) comprises a machine rack (10), a pressing mechanism (20) and a suction mechanism (30), wherein the machine rack (10) is provided with a bending working position (11), and the eartip package piece (90) is pre-fixed at the bending working position (11); the pressing mechanism (20) is movably arranged in the machine rack (10), the pressing mechanism (20) moves towards the bending working position (11) to press and fix the eartip package piece (90); and the suction mechanism (20) is movably arranged in the machine rack (10), and the suction mechanism (20) can move towards the bending working position (11) to suction a buckling tongue (911) of the eartip package piece (90) and drive the buckling tongue (911) to move away from the bending working position (11), such that the buckling tongue (911) is bent relative to a buckling plate (91) of the eartip package piece (90) to form a crease. The pre-bending device (100) aims to pre-bend the buckling tongue (911) of the eartip package piece (90) to form the crease of the buckling tongue (911) and the buckling plate (91), so as to improve the buckling efficiency of the eartip package piece (90), thereby improving the assembly efficiency of an eartip and an earphone clip.
