Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a pre-bundling arrangement apparatus of a bundling device, and a bundling device. The pre-bundling arrangement apparatus comprises: a conveying line body, the conveying line body being used for placing a product to be bundled; a carrying mechanism, provided with a clamping assembly, the clamping assembly being provided with two clamping structures arranged opposite to each other in the width direction of the conveying line body so as to releasably grab the product in the width direction, and the carrying mechanism being used for moving the clamping assembly between the conveying line body and a bundling machine so as to carry the product on the conveying line body to the bundling machine; and a positioning mechanism, the positioning mechanism comprising a material blocking assembly and a material pushing assembly which are spaced apart in the length direction of the conveying line body, the product being placed between the material blocking assembly and the material pushing assembly, the material pushing assembly comprising a material pushing structure and a first rail, and the material pushing structure being movably arranged on the first rail for pushing the product toward the material blocking assembly. The present disclosure can solve the problem of low efficiency of manual palletizing arrangement before bundling.
