Abstract:

　A pre-filled syringe (1) filled with a rocuronium bromide injection solution comprises: a syringe (2) comprising a synthetic resin outer barrel (21), a gasket (22) accommodated in the outer barrel (21) and capable of sliding in liquid-tight fashion through the inside of the outer barrel, and a sealing member (23) for sealing a distal-end opening of the outer barrel (21); and a rocuronium bromide injection solution (3) filled into the syringe (2). Only calcined clay as an inorganic filler classified as an inorganic reinforcing agent and an inorganic bulking agent is added to the gasket (22), and the gasket (22) is formed from vulcanized chlorinated butyl rubber.
