Abstract:
This pre-filled syringe is provided with a cylindrical container, a distal gasket, a proximal gasket, an intermediate gasket, and a plunger. The cylindrical container has an inner circumferential surface, a protruding inner surface, and a reception surface. The intermediate gasket has a groove formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof. The plunger has a connection section, a pressing section, and a guide rib. The protruding inner surface is formed at a position that faces the pressing section in a pushed-in state. The guide rib has a recess. The rear end of the recess is located behind the rear end of the protruding inner surface in the pushed-in state.
