Abstract:

An pre-listed share circulation system for circulating the pre-listed share of a shop organized into a joint-stock company via the Internet, wherein information on shops the stocks of which are sold and purchased is stored, points are calculated by applying stored predetermined shop information to a prepared conversion table or calculation formula and stored, the price of the shop is calculated by substitute the points in a predetermined calculation formula and stored, the information on a specific shop is sought and extracted if a request for search for the information on the shop is sent from a user terminal, purchase order information is stored if an order of purchase of stocks of a specific shop is sent from a user terminal via the Internet, selling order information is stored if an order of selling of stocks of the specific shop is sent from another user terminal via the Internet, the selling order is matched with the purchase order to sell/purchase the stocks.
