Abstract:
A pre-tensioned centrifugal concrete pile provided with a steel strand comprises a concrete pile body (1) and a steel reinforcement cage. The steel reinforcement cage comprises a pre-stressed main reinforcement, a stirrup (4) and end plates (2). The pre-stressed main reinforcement is the steel strand (3). Several tapered holes (21) with a hole diameter increasing gradually from an inside to an outside are arranged on each of the end plates (2). Multiple clips (5) are placed inside the tapered holes (21). An inner surface of the clips (5) is provided with a clamping tooth (51). The multiple clips (5) are spliced to form a chuck component (6) used for hooping the steel strand (3). An outer peripheral surface of the chuck component (6) forms a cone body surface (61) matching the tapered holes (21). A center of the chuck component (6) forms an inner tooth hole (62). The steel strand (3) passes through the inner tooth hole (62) and is fastened by the inner tooth hole (62). Also provided is a manufacturing method of the pre-tensioned centrifugal concrete pile provided with the steel strand.
