Abstract:
A pre-tightening force accurate loading system and method for a rolling bearing. The loading system comprises an equivalent device (1), a loading device (2) and a strain acquisition device (3). The specific loading method comprises: firstly, by means of an equivalent device (1) in cooperation with a strain acquisition device (3), obtaining a loading strain value of an outer ring (121) of an equivalent bearing (12) after bearing a pre-tightening force to be loaded; then, two conducting rings (26) generating a mutually attractive electromagnetic force by adjusting the magnitude of a current, so as to pull corresponding bearing pressing rings (28) to apply a pre-tightening force to outer rings (231) of two bearings (23) to be subjected to loading; and when the applied pre-tightening force makes acquired strain values of the outer rings (231) of said bearings (23) and the loading strain value obtained in the equivalent device (1) be within an allowable precision interval, the loading of the pre-tightening force of the bearings being completed. By means of the system, a pre-tightening force can be quantitatively and accurately applied, the magnitude of the pre-tightening force loaded in an operation process is easily adjusted, and the pre-tightening force is more precise.
