Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is a pre-treatment method for increasing the pore-generation density of an electrode foil for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor, the method comprising the following steps: pre-treating, washing with water a first time, performing pore-generating treatment, performing intermediate treatment, washing with water a second time, performing pore-enlarging treatment, washing with water a third time, performing chemical cleaning, washing with water a fourth time, and drying. The present invention improves the uniformity of the distribution of etch pits on a surface of aluminum foil by means of improving pre-treatment conditions, reduces an amount by which aluminum foil is thinned, and finally obtains an electrode foil for a medium and high-voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitor, which has uniform pore distribution, uniform pore length and for which the thickness of a residual core layer is uniform, greatly increasing capacity and strength after formation.
