Abstract:
A precast-slab frame (1) and a precast slab. The precast-slab frame (1) mainly comprises a first beam (11) and a second beam (12) transversely disposed at the top and the bottom respectively. Several third beams (13) are fixedly connected between the first beam (11) and the second beam (12) in a longitudinal direction. The first beam (11), the second beam (12), and the third beams (13) are all made of thin-walled steel. Intersecting steel belts (15) are connected between the first beam (11) and the second beam (12). High-precision thin-walled steel, instead of conventional steel, is used as a material of the frame, and since thin-walled steel enables flat webs and flanges, the frame can be horizontally placed on the ground, thereby enabling the frame to achieve self-stability, reducing auxiliary processes and labor costs in subsequent pouring, and improving cost efficiency.
