Abstract:
The present invention provides a precise forming apparatus and method for a miniature metal device, comprising: a metal workpiece to be formed is disposed above a mold; a first magnetic field shaper is disposed above a region to be deformed of the metal workpiece, and the distance between the bottom of the first magnetic field shaper and the region to be deformed is smaller than a preset distance threshold; a first driving coil is wound outside the first magnetic field shaper, and after the first driving coil is electrified, an induced magnetic field generated by the electrified first driving coil is distributed in a bottom region of the first magnetic field shaper in a concentrated manner to provide an axial electromagnetic force for the region to be deformed; a second magnetic field shaper is disposed on the periphery of the mold, the inner contour of the second magnetic field shaper is matched with the contour of the metal workpiece, and the inner contour thereof is bent towards the workpiece; and a second driving coil is wound outside the second magnetic field shaper, and after the second driving coil is electrified, an induced magnetic field generated by the electrified second driving coil is distributed inside the inner contour of the second magnetic field shaper in a concentrated manner to provide a radial electromagnetic force for two ends of the metal workpiece. The present invention provides high-quality and high-efficiency miniature metal device precision forming technology.
