Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is, in particular, to solve the problem of a granular material supply device in which there is used a shutter-type opening/closing valve, and to provide a precise granular material supply device that precisely and stably controls the ejection rate of a granular material in a vertically downward direction and supplies the granular material to a device in a subsequent step. [Solution] This precise granular material supply device supplies a granular material while minutely adjusting the ejection rate of the granular material in a downward direction from an ejection port built into the lower part of a container in which the granular material is accommodated, wherein the precise granular material supply device is characterized in that: the supply device comprises a plurality of opening/closing valves built into the outer periphery of the ejection port, and an opening/closing valve drive mechanism; the opening/closing valve drive mechanism comprises a motive power device, a transmission member, and a pulley; the pulley is connected to the motive power device via the transmission member; and one end of the plurality of opening/closing valves is axially attached to the pulley and the other end is caused to rotate back and forth by motive power, whereby the opening/closing valves are moved in the space between the outer periphery of the ejection port and the center thereof, and the opening/closing amount is adjusted through cooperation of the plurality of opening/closing valves and a fixed quantity of the granular material is ejected.
