Abstract:
The present invention relates to a precise lifting method for a plant equipment foundation, and a lifting and reinforcing structure. The method comprises the construction steps of: forming curtain walls, wherein drilling is carried out in a vertical downward manner on two sides, needing to be lifted, of a piece of equipment so as to form curtain holes, and grout is injected into the curtain holes to form two curtain walls, which are parallel to each other; forming a reinforcing body, wherein grouting holes are provided in an inclined downward manner at an outer contour of the equipment in the length directions of the curtain walls, the grout is injected into the grouting holes and is injected between the two curtain walls and at the bottom of a bottom plate of the equipment foundation to form a reinforcing body attached to a lower surface of the bottom plate, and the reinforcing body and the two curtain walls jointly form a generally door-shaped structure; and carrying out lifting, wherein the grouting holes serve as lifting holes, drilling is carried out in a downward inclined manner until a position below the reinforcing body and between the two curtain walls is reached, pressure grouting is carried out at the bottom of the lifting holes to fill and reinforce a surrounding backfilling layer, pressure grouting is continued, retreating grouting is used, and the equipment is lifted to a set lifting height. The present invention has the advantages of causing little disturbance to the surroundings, controllable lifting height and high lifting precision.
