Abstract:
A precise position calculation method for an SMT and a product. The method comprises: importing position coordinates of all solder joints at solder pads of a material or all positioning holes of insertion members and the size of the solder joints; and calculating, according to position coordinates of all solder pads/solder holes and the solder joints/solder fillets, to obtain actual coordinate deviation, wherein in the actual coordinate deviation, each solder joint/solder fillet uses the minimum sum of mean squared errors; and iterating using a step over positions and angles within a range of the center point of the material to find optimal positions. The method can enhance the reliability of soldering and insertion.
