Abstract:
The present invention provides a precise positioning device capable of implementing a translation motion of an object by means of nanometer resolution by using a low-cost actuator. A precise positioning device of the present invention comprises: an actuation part for generating a driving force; a movement guide part which comprises a test piece table fixing part that fixes a test piece table on which an object to be moved is stably placed, at least one flexure hinge having at least one hole formed on a surface thereof perpendicular to the movement direction of the test piece table in order to transfer the driving force generated by the actuation part to the test piece table, the perpendicular surface undergoing displacement in the movement direction of the test piece table, and an actuation part mounting part on which the actuation part is mounted; and a fixing part which fixedly supports the movement guide part.
