Abstract:

A precise release hole making apparatus for a sustained release package of a grape preservative, comprising a machine frame (1), a winding and unwinding mechanical transmission mechanism (2), a pulse laser generator (3), a laser tube cooling system (4), and a smoke and paper scrap sucking apparatus (5). The winding and unwinding mechanical transmission mechanism (2) is mounted on the machine frame (1). The pulse laser generator (3) is vertically mounted on the machine frame (1) and perpendicular to a frame platform surface. The laser tube cooling system (4) is a closed cooling water circulation system for cooling a laser tube to ensure normal operation thereof. The smoke and paper scrap sucking apparatus (5) uses a vacuum pump and a pipeline to suck away smoke and paper scraps generated by laser hole making to keep clean the environment and a hole-make working surface. The apparatus greatly reduces costs by omitting a manual hole-drilling procedure before the use of a preservative, greatly improves the controllable release property of a grape preservative SO2, and improves the grape preservation quality and reliability.
