Abstract:
Provided is a precisely adjustable pre-stressing structure for a vibroseis vibrator plate. A plate (1) is rigidly connected to a piston rod (3) and a guide pillar (2) by welding or a second bolt (9). The piston rod passes through a top board (4). Threads (10) are processed on a top end of the piston rod. A pressure plate (5) is connected to the piston rod via the threads. The pressure plate is connected to the top board by a first bolt (8). Further provided is a method of use for the precisely adjustable pre-stressing structure for a vibroseis vibrator plate. With the even adjustable pre-stressing structure for a vibroseis vibrator plate, pre-stress on the whole plate structure is more even and precisely controllable, thus effectively improving the ability to be processed during an assembly procedure of a pre-stressing structure for a vibroseis plate.
