Abstract:
A precision detection apparatus and method for a hydraulic-amplification force standard machine (100). The apparatus comprises a hydraulic-amplification force standard machine (100) to be measured, a verification force loading apparatus (300), and a first force value sensor (200). The large-force value first force value sensor (200) is used only for force value reading, and the verification force loading apparatus (300) has high-precision force value measuring capability for small force values; a force value is applied to a second reaction frame (143) by means of the verification force loading device (300), causing a force value reading of the first force value sensor (200) to reset, so as to verify whether an amplification force value of a weight loading force is accurate by means of the force value, thereby realizing precision verification of the hydraulic-amplification force standard machine (100) using a large force value. The device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, low-investment, and economical to use. The detection method has simple steps, is easy to operate, has high detection accuracy, and solves the problem of precision detection and verification of a hydraulic-amplification force standard machine (100) using a large force value.
