Abstract:
Provided is a precision measurement device (1) for a force standard machine. The precision measurement device (1) comprises a first hydraulic cylinder (2), a pipe (6), and a force loading device. A liquid medium is arranged inside the first hydraulic cylinder (2), and a liquid surface surface area of the liquid medium is a given value. The pipe (6) is a hollow tubular structure, and a first end of the pipe (6) is in communication with the liquid medium in the first hydraulic cylinder (2). The force loading device acts on the liquid medium inside the first hydraulic cylinder (2) to cause a rise in pressure or pressure intensity of the liquid medium. Also provided are a force value comparison machine and a precision measurement method for a force standard machine.
