Abstract:
[Problem] To further improve scratch-resistance properties. [Solution] The present invention comprises a metal sheet, and a colored film layer positioned on the metal sheet. First and second regions that are specified according to the below-described method for measuring the arithmetic mean surface roughness Sa are present on the surface of the metal sheet on the side where at least the colored film layer is positioned. The colored film layer has a thickness of 1-10 μm or greater and contains particles having a particle diameter equal to or greater than the aforementioned thickness. (Method for measuring arithmetic means surface roughness Sa) Virtual lattice lines are set in the surface of the metal sheet at intervals of 0.5 mm, and the arithmetic mean surface roughness Sa stipulated in ISO 25178 is measured in each of a plurality of regions divided by the virtual lattice lines. Regions in which the resultant arithmetic mean surface roughness Sa is equal to or greater than 1 μm are defined as first regions, and regions in which the resultant arithmetic mean surface roughness Sa is less than 1 μm are defined as second regions.
