Abstract:
The present invention provides a precoating agent for peeling a coating film, the precoating agent being capable of peeling and removing an unnecessary coating film conveniently, safely and also sufficiently, and capable of forming a precoating film having excellent persistence on a base. The present invention relates to a precoating agent which is for peeling a coating film and includes, as a binder, an acrylic polymer partially containing an acrylate monomer and/or an oil-modified alkyd resin, and a wax.
