Abstract:
Provided are a precoding apparatus, a deprecoding apparatus and a method and system therefor. In the embodiments of the present invention, the method comprises, before performing semi-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (SOFDM) modulation on multi-carrier data, using a precoding matrix to precode a plurality of modulation symbols of data to be sent, and mapping a plurality of pieces of data after precoding to a plurality of sub-carriers, thereby effectively reducing the peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) of the SOFDM system.
