Abstract:
The present application is applicable to the technical field of communications. Provided are a prediction method and apparatus based on a service line, and a storage medium and a terminal. The method comprises: when service prediction is carried out on a designated service line, acquiring a prediction model corresponding to the designated service line, and an input dimension and an output dimension of the present prediction; acquiring, from a data warehouse, prediction data meeting the input dimension; by means of the prediction model, using a Monte Carlo simulation method and geometric Brownian motion to carry out trend analysis on the prediction data so as to obtain a predicted value of the output dimension; and calculating, according to the predicted value, the total task amount of the designated service line within a designated time period and the amount of manpower required to be invested, wherein the prediction model is divided into an incoming prediction model and an outgoing prediction model according to service types. According to the present invention, different prediction modes are used for different service scenarios, so that the accuracy of predicting different service lines is improved.
