Abstract:
The present invention relates to a predictive maintenance method for equipment via a control output signal, the method being able to prevent in advance a huge financial loss due to a malfunction of equipment, by collecting operation information of the equipment in a normal state and operation information of the equipment generated prior to the malfunction, setting a suspected tilt value on the basis of the collected information, comparing the suspected tilt value and a tilt value according to the operation information of the equipment being collected in real time, and warning, if a condition for suspecting an abnormal sign in the equipment is met, so as to induce maintenance and replacement of the equipment to be performed at an appropriate time.
