Abstract:
A prefabricated composite slab using a pre-drawn fiber mesh anti-crack process, and a manufacturing method, relating to the technical field of fabricated structure engineering. The composite slab comprises a concrete layer (1), a fiber mesh (2), distributed reinforcing bars (3) and truss reinforcing bars (4). Prestress tensioning is carried out on the fiber mesh (2) by adopting a pre-tensioning method, and then pouring is carried out to form a novel composite slab. By means of a layered formwork integral pouring process, the construction problem during fiber mesh prestress tensioning can be effectively solved, the anti-crack performance of a composite slab can be effectively improved by using a prestressed mesh, the rigidity is improved, and a crack width under normal use conditions is reduced.
