Abstract:
Disclosed is a prefabricated electric heating block. The present invention comprises: a block body (10) made of an electrically conductive and heat conductive synthetic resin material, as a member in the shape of a rectangular flat panel; a fastening protrusion (20) horizontally protruded at one lateral side of the block body; a fastening groove (30) horizontally depressed at the other side of the block body; and a heating coil (40) recessed inside the body block to be extended in a straight line, as a metallic member having heat radiation properties when electricity is supplied, wherein the fastening protrusion (20) and the fastening groove (30) are formed at the opposite lateral sides of the block body to correspond to each other, the protruded shape of the fastening protrusion (20) fits the recessed shape of the fastening groove (30), and one end of the heating coil (40) is exposed to one surface of the outer lateral side of the fastening protrusion, the other end the heating coil (40) is exposed to one surface of the inner lateral side of the fastening groove, and the one surface of the outer lateral side of the fastening protrusion and the one surface of the inner lateral side of the fastening groove face each other, thereby allowing one end of the heating coil to come in contact with the other end when the electric heating blocks are fabricated. According to the present invention, the design of the invention can be easily changed depending on the heating area, and it is possible to carry out partial maintenance and repair, thereby reducing construction and maintenance and repair costs.
