Abstract:
A prefabricated exterior wall panel for assembly, providing structural integration and energy saving comprises a prefabricated exterior wall panel body (9). The prefabricated exterior wall panel body (9) comprises lightweight aggregate concrete surface layers (1), a rigid polyurethane foam core layer (2), and a steel mesh frame (3). Six mesh frame surfaces of the steel mesh frame (3) are correspondingly disposed, by means of pouring, inside six lightweight aggregate concrete surface layers (1). A cavity defined by the six lightweight aggregate concrete surface layers is filled with the rigid polyurethane foam core layer (2). A fabrication method of a prefabricated exterior wall panel for assembly, providing structural integration and energy saving comprises: preparing a steel mesh frame (3); preparing a wall panel mold; coating the inside of the mold with a separant; pouring lower layer lightweight aggregate concrete into the mold, placing the steel mesh frame (3), spraying rigid polyurethane (PU) foam evenly, and pouring upper layer lightweight aggregate concrete; and performing curing and demolding to obtain a final product of a prefabricated exterior wall panel body (9). The concrete surface of the exterior wall panel and the thermal insulation polyurethane layer firmly bond with each other, ensuring cooperation between layers of the wall panel, achieving thermal insulation and structural integration, and facilitating construction.
