Abstract:
The present invention relates to a prefabricated form having: an upper form which has a support portion connected to one end and a coupling portion formed on the other end; a lower form which has a coupling portion formed on one end so as to correspond with the coupling portion of the upper form, and has a support portion formed on the other end; and a lateral-side support which is fixed on the respective lateral side of the forms. The prefabricated form has a plurality of fixing portions arranged on the inner surface of each form and further comprises a reinforcement bar installed perpendicular to and in correspondence with the fixing portions. As specified above, the present invention has the upper form and the lower form, and the forms are coupled and fixed to each other by means of the coupling portions corresponding to the respective forms. Therefore, the present invention does not require an existing process of joining and welding the forms and reduces the cost for welding. The present invention is coupled and decoupled in a prefabricated manner and can be used by assembling or disassembling on construction sites and thus enhances work efficiency and mobility. The present invention has the plurality of fixing portions vertically arranged on the inner surface of each form and the plurality of reinforcement bars arranged on the fixing portions, and thus allows enhanced durability of the form primarily by means of the plurality of fixing portions as well as increased stability of the form secondarily by means of installing the plurality of reinforcement bars on the fixing portions.
