Abstract:
A prefabricated pump station for tap water pressurization comprises a flow stabilization regulator (5), pipelines (7), a first centrifugal water pump (9), a second centrifugal water pump (12), an energy storage tank (14), a control panel (15), and a box body (21). A water inlet (1) is formed in the lower left end of the box body (21). A floating ball valve (2) is disposed on a pipeline (7) where the water inlet (1) is located. The floating ball valve (2) is connected to an electromagnetic regulating valve (3) by means of a pipeline (7). The electromagnetic regulating valve (3) is connected to the flow stabilization regulator (5) by means of a pipeline (7). A blowdown valve (6) is disposed at the lower end of the flow stabilization regulator (5), the flow stabilization regulator (5) is connected to the first centrifugal water pump (9) and the second centrifugal water pump (12) by means of the corresponding pipelines (7). The control panel (15) is disposed on the box body (21). The rotating speeds of the centrifugal pumps are regulated by detecting a water supply pressure, so as to automatically adapt to the change of water use and satisfy the requirement for a constant-pressure or variable-flow water supply, water feed is automatically stopped when a set water level is reached, accordingly, the requirement for fire-fighting water use is satisfied, and the prefabricated pump station for tap water pressurization is suitable for popularization.
