Abstract:
This prefilled syringe (10) is provided with a syringe outer cylinder (16), a first gasket (18) and a freeze-dried agent (12), a distal end member (22), and a cap (24). The distal end member (22) has completed a displacement, via a first state in which the distal end member (22) is preliminarily installed on a distal end portion of the syringe outer cylinder (16), to a second state in which a first chamber (52) is sealed by the distal end member (22). The first state is a state in which a first protrusion (64) is fitted to a first recess (92) and the first chamber (52) is in communication with the outside via a gap between the syringe outer cylinder (16) and a tube part (82) or a gap provided to the distal end member (22). The second state is a state in which the first protrusion (64) is fitted to a second recess (94) and a second protrusion (55) is fitted to the first recess (92).
