Abstract:
Provided are a prefilled syringe that can suppress occurrences of voids between a resin composite and the inner face of the syringe and a preservation method for a resin composite. A prefilled syringe 1 includes a syringe 10, a plunger 20, and a resin composite 30. When the longitudinal direction of the syringe 10 is the vertical direction and the plunger 20 is higher than the resin composite 30, the ratio of the cross-sectional area 25 of the plunger in the location of the level 31 of the upper portion of the resin composite to the cross-sectional area 35 that is enclosed by the inner face 11 of the syringe at the same location of the level 31 of the upper portion of the resin composite is 95% or less.
