A pregnant woman safety belt. When a connecting buckle A (10) and a connecting buckle B (20) are connected, a connecting member (14) is housed in a connecting plate B (22); the outer side walls of catches (23) are fixedly connected to the connecting plate B by means of springs (26), so that the springs abut against the catches, furthermore, the catches are clamped to the connecting member; a certain distance is reserved between a notch A (13) and the outer side walls of connecting rods (24) located on the horizontal line of the connecting plate B; and a protrusion (15) is attached to a notch B (25). When the connecting buckle A and the connecting buckle B are detached, the springs are compressed, the notch A is attached to the outer side walls of the connecting rods located on the horizontal line of the connecting plate B, the catches are separated from a groove on the connecting member, and thus the connecting buckle A and the connecting buckle B are detached. By means of the design, a staff can detach and fix the connecting buckle A and the connecting buckle B conveniently, the connecting buckle A and the connecting buckle B are both made of stainless steel, the service life of the pregnant woman safety belt can be prolonged to a certain extent, and convenience is brought to the staff and a user.
