Abstract:
Disclosed is a preliminary determining system for the patentability of a technical solution, comprising: an input module for inputting a date or acquiring a system date, and inputting a technical solution to be determined; a decomposing module for decomposing the technical solution into elements and relationships among the elements; a translation module for translating the elements and the relationships among the elements into various languages; a database module for acquiring information published by various countries; a search module for searching for published information in the database for the elements and the relationships among the elements; a determining module for determining whether the elements and the relationships among the elements are in one-to-one correspondence to elements and relationships among the elements of a technical solution in the published information before the date in the database; and an output module for outputting a search report and a determining result. The beneficial effect of the present invention is: whether a technical solution to be determined is preliminarily patentable can be quickly determined.
