Abstract:
A premade building unit, comprising a plurality of vertical support stays as well as horizontal support stays arranged between top parts and bottom parts of pairs of adjacent vertical support stays and connecting the pairs vertical support stays, a premade inside space being formed between the vertical support stays and the horizontal support stays; a premade floor space is formed between the horizontal support stays located in a lower direction; standing column fixing parts are formed by vertical support stays located at outer sides of the premade inside space, and transverse beam fixing parts are formed by horizontal support stays located on outer sides of the premade inside space. A connect-type building using the described premade building unit, comprising a plurality of premade building units connected together in a horizontal direction and stacked in a vertical direction, and horizontal beams and vertical columns being arranged between pairs of adjacent premade building units. The described solution possesses a high degree of standardization, requires little on-site construction work and low construction costs, and has an appealing look and high strength. Additionally, the present invention further discloses a related construction method.
