Abstract:

A premature infant automatic feeding method, comprising a preparation phase, an active milk providing phase, a passive milk providing phase and a rest phase. Also provided is an automatic feeding machine used by the premature infant automatic feeding method, comprising a gastric tube (2), a milk providing apparatus (1), a detector (3) and a control apparatus (4); one end of the gastric tube being placed in the stomach of the premature infant, and the other end being connected to the milk providing apparatus; the milk providing apparatus being electrically connected to the control apparatus, the control apparatus being electrically connected to the detector, and the detector being placed in the mouth of the premature infant. The present method and apparatus cause the premature infant to exercise its own sucking strength, the oral, pharyngeal, gastric and intestinal reflexes of the premature infant cycling normally; in terms of premature infant differences, the present invention ensures premature infant nutritional requirements, thereby causing later care, diet, neurodevelopment and growth development of the premature infant to be no different from those of a full term infant.
