Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a premixing burner with a self-provided baffle plate for simplifying the structure of the burner and enhancing the safety and combustion efficiency of flames by including the baffle plate in the structure without requiring additional equipment. To this end, the present invention comprises: a burner body portion which is formed by overlapping a plurality of plates having a cut-open portion; mixed gas inflow ports, which are provided on the surface of one side of the plurality of plates that are arranged so that the cut-open portions of the adjacent plates overlap with each other; a mixed gas flow channel which is provided inside the plates and communicates with the mixed gas inflow ports; and a plurality of burner holes which communicate with the mixed gas flow channel and are formed on the surface the other side of the plates, wherein the mixed gas inflow ports are formed on the one side of the plurality of plates with uniform size and distance therebetween so as to function as the self-provided baffle plate, thereby allowing an equal amount of mixed gas to be supplied to the plurality of burner holes that are connected to the mixed gas inflow ports.
