Abstract:
A fresh flower fiber filament for textiles. The fresh flower fiber filament for the textiles is prepared by the following method: (1) taking a proper amount of petals, and preliminarily crushing same to obtain a slurry dispersion liquid; and performing high-pressure homogenization treatment to obtain a fresh flower fiber dispersion liquid; (2) adding the fresh flower fiber dispersion liquid into a spinning solvent, then adding a functional auxiliary agent, and compounding the functional auxiliary agent with the fresh flower fiber dispersion liquid to obtain a fiber dispersion liquid for spinning; and (3) performing degassing treatment on the fiber dispersion liquid for spinning, injecting the degassed fiber dispersion liquid into a coagulation bath by using a spinning machine, collecting same by using a reel, and drying same to obtain the fresh flower fiber filament. Full-component wet spinning of petals is implemented for the first time, the preparation process is simple, the conditions are mild, no pollution is caused, and the preparation cost of the fiber filament is reduced; in addition, the final product retains the native primary crystalline form of cellulose and also has natural aroma odor and color in the petals. Hence, the fresh flower fiber filament has a broad market application prospect and great economic value.
