Abstract:

It is intended to disclose preparation compositions which enable convenient production of sustained−release preparation compositions containing acid−unstable physiologically active compounds and have the desired sustained−release properties. Namely, preparation compositions comprising a core containing an acid−unstable physiologically active compound and a film with which the core is coated and which contains a mixture of a water−insoluble polymer with an enteric polymer. These preparation compositions make it possible to maintain an effective concentration in blood of the physiologically active compound over a long time, thereby improving its therapeutic effect. Moreover, these compositions remain stable over prolonged storage.
