Abstract:
A preparation device for matte film coating paint, comprising a finished product distribution box (1), a stirring spindle (2), a third filter (3), a second filter (4) and a first filter (5); the stirring spindle (2) is provided above the finished product distribution box (1), and the third filter (3), the second filter (4) and the first filter (5) are sequentially disposed above the stirring spindle (2); a centrifugal hydraulic pump (6) is mounted above the first filter (5), and a raw material processing chamber (7) is mounted above the centrifugal hydraulic pump (6); a raw material storage box (8) is mounted above the raw material processing chamber (7), and a servo variable frequency motor (9) is mounted below the raw material storage box (8); a horizontal stirring shaft (10) is mounted below the servo variable frequency motor (9), and stirring blades (11) are mounted below the horizontal stirring shaft (10); a photometric mediation chamber (12) is mounted below the stirring blades (11), and an outlet for finished products is mounted below the finished product distribution box (1).
