Abstract:
This invention relates to a preparation method of 'multicomponent/multiphase' green emulsoid gloves, in which the latex can be selected from natural latex, synthesis latex, hybrid latex or their built-up, the content of volatile organics (VOC) in said latex is below 8 %. The method involves preparation of polyurethane aqueous dispersion from multicomponent polyol, building-up of said aqueous dispersion with hybrid latex which comprises vinyl monomer, conjugated diene, unsaturated carboxylic acid, other functional monomers and nanoparticles, thus obtains the green multiphase gloves which are stable and reinforced.
