Abstract:
Preparation of a high-barrier nanomodified PET composite material used for packaging a product, comprising: step 1) the preparation of a nanomodified material: 5-10 layers of graphene or white graphene are treated with a surfactant to produce a nanomodified material powder; and step 2) the nanomodified PED composite material is prepared via an in situ polymerization method or a melt-blending method. Graphene, oxidized graphene, or white graphene has great gas-isolation properties and high strength, with a small amount of same being added (0.01 wt% to 0.5 wt%), the barrier properties and mechanical strength of PET can be significantly increased without affecting other properties; a PET composite material product so produced is provided with great processing properties, from which a single layer-structured packaging bottle can be further produced, thus further facilitating processing, recycle, and reuse.
