Abstract:
A preparation method for an aluminum-titanium-boron alloy refiner, comprising the following steps: 1) melting pure aluminum ingot into aluminum liquid and heating the aluminum liquid; 2) adding potassium fluoride and sodium fluoride having a mass ratio of 1:1 into the heated molten aluminum liquid, and then adding potassium fluoborate and potassium fluotitanate into the aluminum liquid at 740-860°C to remove surface floating slag; 3) adding a slag making agent into the aluminum liquid subjected to slag removal for slag-making; 4) degassing by utilizing a rotary degassing machine to complete degassing and secondary slag removal; 5) casting the alloy aluminum liquid subjected to slag removal in step 4) into a mold to obtain the aluminum-titanium-boron alloy refiner. The preparation method can improve the elongation rate and cleanliness of the aluminum-titanium-boron alloy.
