Abstract:
Provided are a preparation method for and an application of a mesenchymal stem cell exosome extract. In the preparation method, mesenchymal stem cells are cultured in a complete culture medium, and then starvation culture is carried out in a basic culture medium containing drugs to obtain a large amount of high-purity mesenchymal stem cell exosomes. The prepared mesenchymal stem cell exosome extract not only has excellent cell proliferation effect, but also has certain anti-inflammatory and sebum buildup removal effects. Experimental results show that the mesenchymal stem cell exosome prepared in the present application can regulate and control inflammatory response, protect damaged tissues, reduce inflammatory toxic damage, and improve tissue tolerance, has obvious facial acne cure effect, and does not cause skin damage and allergic reactions.
