Abstract:
Disclosed is an environmentally friendly preparation method for beet pectin. In the method, waste beet pulp from a beet sugar factory is used as a raw material, and the method comprises the steps of firstly washing the beet pulp with distilled water, filtering, and then drying by baking; the beet pulp and the distilled water are formulated into a material solution in a liquid-solid ratio of (100:1)-(10:1) and placed under the conditions of an electrostatic field and an ultrasonic field for pre-treatment, wherein the intensity of the electric field is 8-32 kV and the ultrasonic intensity is 0.35-0.88 W/cm2; the pectin is extracted under subcritical water conditions, wherein the temperature is 100-300°C, the pressure is 2 MPa-20 MPa, the pressure change cycle is 1-3 times, and the total extraction time is 5 min-90 min; the mixture is filtered, concentrated, then precipitated with isopropanol, centrifuged, then further washed with isopropanol, and freeze-dried to obtain the beet pectin. The method of the present invention has the features of being environmentally friendly, no pollution, a short process flow time, a high product yield, a stable nature and a high edible safety.
