Abstract:
Provided is a preparation method for bis-fluorosulfonyl imide and alkali metal salts thereof. The preparation method for bis-fluorosulfonyl imide comprises the steps of preparing the bis-fluorosulfonyl imide by reacting bis-chlorosulfonyl imide with hydrogen fluoride, wherein the hydrogen fluoride is liquid, the bis-chlorosulfonyl imide is dropped into excessive hydrogen fluoride, and the reaction temperature is below 20 ℃. The preparation method for bis-fluorosulfonyl imide alkali metal salts comprises the step of preparing the bis-fluorosulfonyl imide alkali metal salts by reacting bis-chlorosulfonyl imide, alkali metal halide and hydrogen fluoride. The method-described above can reduce the cost of raw materials, the consumption of materials and the generation of wastes, raise the utilization ratio of raw materials, the recovery ratio and the purity of products, and make the purification of the products be more simplified and the preparation method be more compact and efficient.
