Abstract:
A preparation method for a black phosphorus crystal. Firstly, one end of a double-opening reactor serves as a raw material end, the other end thereof serves as a nucleation end, the middle end thereof serves as a transition end, and the raw material end is sealed; a phosphorus raw material and a transportation agent are weighed in an inert atmosphere and are placed inside the raw material end, and the nucleation end is sealed; subsequently, a first-step heating reaction is performed on the reactor by means of an optimized temperature control program, and after the reaction is finished, a monoclinic phosphorus crystal is prepared at the raw material end. Then, the nucleation end of the reactor is started, a catalyst is continuously weighed in an inert atmosphere and is placed inside the raw material end, and the nucleation end is sealed; subsequently, a second-step heating reaction is performed on the reactor by means of the optimized temperature control program, and after the reaction is finished, a high-quality black phosphorus crystal is finally prepared at the nucleation end. Compared with a traditional one-step heating reaction using a phosphorus raw material, a catalyst and a transportation agent, the preparation method can effectively reduce the temperature and pressure required for the reaction, shorten the time required for the reaction, reduce the energy consumption required for the reaction, improve the conversion efficiency of the raw materials and the yield of black phosphorus, and is more conducive to the industrial scale preparation of the black phosphorus crystal.
