Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for a BOPP film stiffening agent, comprising: using cyclopentadiene or derivatives thereof and a norbornene monomer or C8 cycloolefin as copolymerization raw materials, first obtaining a polymer resin liquid via continuous high-temperature polymerization, and then preparing a high softening point aliphatic hydrogenated petroleum resin by means of a two-stage catalytic hydrogenation reaction and the removal of low-boiling point light components and solvents; and then mixing with homopolypropylene and extruding to obtain a BOPP film stiffening agent. The stiffening agent prepared by the present invention has very good anti-leaching and environmental protection properties, is suitable for modifying BOPP cigarette films, and has good market application prospects.
