Abstract:
Provided is a preparation method for a bright high-accuracy oxygen-free copper bar, comprising: smelting of electrolytic copper, up-drawing continuous casting of a high-purity oxygen-free copper rod, continuous extrusion of a copper bar blank, drawing, inspection and test, and package. A high-purity oxygen-free bright copper bar prepared using the method has a simple process and a short process flow, low cost and energy consumption, and a short delivery time. Continuous production without interruption can be achieved, and a copper bar blank of thousands of meters or longer in length is obtained. A copper bar material prepared has a high accuracy, a low oxygen content, good mechanical properties and a high conductivity; and the size accuracy error is ≤±0.15, Cu+Ag≥99.99wt%, the O content is ≤10 PPM, the Brinell hardness is ≥75HB, and the conductivity is ≥98%IACS.
