Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for a cationic dyeable polyester fiber. First, mixing dimethyl isophthalate-5-benzenesulfonate sodium, ethylene glycol and a catalyst for transesterification; after the completion of the transesterification, adding ethylene glycol, a complex ion regulator and sulfuric acid to adjust the mixture; mixing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol, a catalyst and a flatting agent for esterification reaction; adding a product obtained by adjusting the mixture after the transesterification to a reaction system which reaches the end of the esterification reaction to carry out polycondensation to obtain a spinning melt; and subjecting the spinning melt to metering, extrusion, cooling, oiling, stretching, heat setting and winding to obtain the cationic dyeable polyester fiber. According to the present invention, impurities generated in a fiber production process are reduced, thereby reducing the pressure rise of a spinning assembly and a filter, prolonging the service cycle, reducing the production cost and further ensuring the continuity and safety of the whole production process. Therefore, the method has good economic value, and is suitable for popularization.
