Abstract:
A preparation method for a CHA-type zeolite molecular sieve membrane. A gel method is adopted to assist in crystallization, the surface of a porous carrier is sequentially coated with a large-seed crystal solution and a small-seed crystal solution with different concentrations and sizes to obtain a seed crystal layer, the seed crystal layer is coated with a gel solution to obtain a gel layer, and then the porous carrier is subjected to a film-forming crystallization reaction to obtain the CHA-type zeolite molecular sieve membrane. Compared with the conventional method for converting a heterogeneous molecular sieve into a CHA molecular sieve seed crystal and then preparing the membrane, the method provided by the present invention skips the conventional stage of converting the heterogeneous molecular sieve into the CHA molecular sieve seed crystal, and directly prepares the CHA-type zeolite molecular sieve membrane on the carrier by directly taking the heterogeneous molecular sieve with the same secondary structure unit as the CHA-type molecular sieve as the seed crystal.
