Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of organic synthesis, and specifically to a preparation method for chlorohomoserine alkyl ester. The technical solution in the present invention provides a preparation method for chlorohomoserine alkyl ester. A compound according to formula I or a salt thereof, an enantiomer or mixtures of enantiomers of all ratios thereof are mixed with an alcohol (ROH) and thionyl chloride and undergo a reaction, producing a compound according to formula II or a salt thereof, an enantiomer or mixtures of enantiomers of all ratios thereof, that is, the target chlorohomoserine alkyl ester. The present invention addresses the problems of existing preparation methods such as low product yield, producing large quantities of waste water, waste gas and solid waste, and not being conducive to industrial operations.
